Story

Chapter 4 · The Besieged City
Beyond the highlands, the Salt Coast in spring spread out before the Federation army. The walled city of "Belmar" — the League's last port.
On its walls stands General "Bern Kaya" once more, and on the sea sail the ships of the Kingdom of Orben, selling arms to both sides.

Three Paths
Breakthrough — Take Belmar directly. The walls and Kaya await.
Siege — Block North Gate Redoubt and South Causeway (land) and Lighthouse Cape (sea) to bring the city's food to 0. But hunger wounds the city.
Negotiation — Build diplomacy to 100 through Ren Hartwick at the Orben Consulate. "Relief Supplies" help the citizens but slow the siege.
New rules in this chapter
- 🏰Siege — Block both the land and sea routes and the city's food dwindles. Starve it too long and the citizens suffer.
- ✉Negotiate — Build diplomacy with "Negotiate" near the neutral consulate, and words alone can open the gates.
- 🍞Relief Supplies — When a unit beside the walls sends "Relief Supplies", the citizens' hearts begin to turn.
