Story
Chapter 7 · The Line to the Sea
Railway Year 89, spring. In Han Seojin's worn survey notebook there is one line she never finished drawing — from the Silver River to the sea.
This time she carries a surveying team instead of a rifle, and goes to lay that line on the ground. At its end, at Lighthouse Cape, stands Seoyun's little school.
Continental Rail Company
The Continental Rail Company, the seed of the war, has returned. To claim the new line, it has sent guards to block the quarry and the Pass Tunnel.
As long as the Company holds land on the line, it collects a toll (supply) every turn.
Sea Train
At every break, lay new rails with “Repair Track”. If Kaya's Engineers are beside you, it costs no materials.
Once the line runs from the Survey Base to Lighthouse Cape, the Sea Train runs every turn, and three arrivals win. Past the gorge, the road forks: the Pass Tunnel or the Salt Flats.
New rules in this chapter
- 🛤New Track — Six places between here and Lighthouse Cape still have no track. Lay them one by one with “Repair Track”. If Kaya's Engineers are beside you, it costs no materials.
- 💰Company Toll — If Rail Company Guards hold land on the line, supply −1 each turn. Drive them out and it stops.
- 🌊Sea Train — Every turn the Sea Train runs from the base to Lighthouse Cape. Three runs win. Past the gorge, the road forks: the Pass Tunnel or the Salt Flats.
